I am planning to manage my own property using knowledge learned from BiggerPockets.

What is the process to let the current property manager/company know when the current contract ends in a couple of months?

basically, the current property manager has all the tenant's information including background, credit check, etc.

Currently, owns the property long-distance, and I will be local to the property in a couple of months.
