And it will keep monthly and yearly reports of all your trips and the amount to claim.I have had a very difficult time disciplining myself to keep track of all of our various trips as we spend a lot of time renovating and managing buildings not 5 miles away- this has largely solved it.

I feel like I would not be disciplined enough to pay it off in 15 years if I took out a 30 year mortgage, but that sounds like my own problem.
