While everyone has fulfilled their leases and I've had zero vacancy in my 5 bedroom 4 bath home in North Austin, almost every tenant has departed after three month trial lease.

Yes I am still with my employer which is a fire department and I plan on staying with this employer for the entirety of my career (10-15 more years).

*Also due to my job, I should be able to take advantage of our processes and bookkeeping department at a highly discounted price. 

You may be able to delay a little, but in order to achieve it, it will still cost you dearly in other departments, and the tax bill catches up eventually and may end up being more expensive in the long run.

thanks for your reply. that particular property is also a resale opportunity ..but I definitely need to know more about the how the system works. probably a trip tomorrow to the City of Chicago building department ..urghhhh
