The brick is full-sized brick, all laid horizontally as a veneer cavity wall.There are other small settlement cracks in different areas outside the house as well.From googling, my best guess is that the house has settled due to shrink and swell issues in clay soil and it impacted the brick negatively due to there being no expansion joints.So now I am trying to figure out, do I go through with the purchase or not?

It's not glazed, just painted after firing, if it's painted at all.There are knockoffs made out of high-fire clay, usually out of Italy.

I'd put in a Gatlin gun with some clay Pigeons as targets. 

I personally use my own spreadsheets & software for analyzing deals, but from what I understand DealCheck is one of the most widely used deal analysis phone/tablet apps on the market.I don't believe BP has a phone app for their tools for Iphone, it's only on the android for some reason.

You want online application they can do on their phone or tablet.

Basically, Chromebooks are popular b/c they are inexpensive but it's not much different than a tablet that gives you basic internet.I personally think there is no better computer that exists than the 'Lenovo ThinkPad' brand of computers.

North Texas presents some pretty challenging issues on the soils (clay) and climate (high humidity, fungal issues, disease) fronts but it has had vineyard acreage consistently for a long time.

They are come with 2 inspectors, use a ton of tech, the reports get created on tablets while they are on the job, contain pictures of every issue and condition.This is how you get good, this is who you want to hire to do an inspection.
