I want to know if you have bought through the court house in FL, and when you obtained a Certificate of Title as being the high winner, were you able to sell it with a General warranty or Special warranty title ?

I purchased my first tax sale certificate and would like to know if it’s 100% necessary to use an attorney to foreclose on the property?

Are you allowed to list the home with only the tax certificate? 

Does anyone have any experience purchasing OTC (Over the Counter) Lien Certificates in Baltimore City?

When comparing taking the paid course and exam, to just reading up here, is the school and certification really worth it?
