On one side there was a small leak in the blue poly water main near the meter and on the other side when you flushed the toilet water went in to the bath tub

This was all original early-90s stuff, no luxury anything but they did have a nice bathtub lol.There was some bad water seepage in the basement, evidence of mice (you could actually see light coming through the basement ceiling in a corner when the lights were off), one side of the driveway needed replacing, and some concrete jacking needed to be done.

I got out of the Air Force a little under two years ago and I am currently working as an installer for BathFitter, where I have learned a good bit about renovating (specifically bathtubs and showers).
