Like I said...it is better than NY.What worries me is the political atmosphere.

Smoking in the presence of these chemicals when they are free in the atmosphere in an enclosed space can cause death by phosgene poisoning if the refrigerant is formulated with chlorine (R-12, R-22, etc.)

There's always a great atmosphere for sharing information and networking.

I certainly can not speak for you, but from my perspective, there are many people who give education back and enjoy the atmosphere and networking at both RE club meetings and right here on BP.

People will enjoy the different atmosphere, and think "Well that's what my house would look like with bright yellow walls."

Depends on the college, but college is a horrible place to learn just look to all the protesting going on that is not a atmosphere for learning.C.

@Patrick Britton started the group and @Clayton Swansen goes often as well.....I have found it to be a very informative relaxing atmosphere to discuss real world investing strategies and real world deals in the area......
