We want a camera system that:1) Connects to internet for remote monitoring via an office computer (not just a mobile device)2) Has motion-sensor alerts3) Records to the cloud, so a thief can't disable/steal the camera to hide their identityWe plan to remove these cameras once a property is rented and reinstall at the next vacant rental.Wi-Fi connection to internet is possible, but we'd also like to look into cellular connections to internet.What suggestions do you have please?

Nothing more needs to be done.Some MLS systems require the signed withdrawal or you can get fined as an agent.The MLS where he is talking about has zero power over this.He is using a form of the association of which Im the President-Elect.

I stand corrected:)They do have an office in Metro Detroit and while we're far from perfect, we seem to get a lot of their unhappy previous clients.In our opinion, they built a system for Class A rentals - where tenants have 680+ credit scores and rarely have to be evicted or trash properties.They then tried to apply their processes to Class B & C rentals and that's when their service issues increased.All this caused them to recently significantly increase their Flat Fee pricing and monthly minimum charges.

To that end, I made a Google sheets document with every hospital system in GA along with the following data:CityZip CodeRentometer 2/X   (what a 2 BR, any bath) goes for on Rentometer)RentRentometer 3/1+ Rent (what a # BR, 1.5+ bath) goes for on Rentometer)"Minutes to home"  (how far a drive it is for us)"Staffed Beds"  (measure of how big a hospital is)"Total Discharges" (a different measure of hospital size)"Patient Days"  (yet another different measure of hospital size)"Gross Patient Revenue ($000)" (you guessed it, hospital size)Map Searches & Housing Requests (this and everything below was from FF.com stats page)Furnishedfinder.com Page ViewsTotal RoomsPrivate Rooms % UnitsHotels% Whole Place > 2500 %Whole Place > 2k < 2.5k %Whole Place > 1.5k < 2k %Room > 1500 %Room > 1k < 1.5k Page view per roomThis allowed us to narrow our search to hospital systems near us (less than 2 hours) in a less competitive market (higher page views per room advertised on FF.com) with a significant % of units being rented on FF.com at higher rents (more $).

It is only difficult if you do it wrong.It is only difficult if you do not understand the concept of motivated sellers (which is indeed 99%+ of all the so-called experts that indeed pretend they got it figured out but they absolutely don't).BUT that doesn't mean off-market, motivated sellers are hard to find.They are indeed SO easy to find that as long as you do it right, you don't have to pay a cent or lift a finger to get them (once your system is set up).We get more than we can handle and anyone can do this without having to pay anyone anything to do it.
