Hello Everyone, 

My name is Homero I am a student at IU Kelley School of Business studying finance. I am looking to get into the real estate game early and learn as much as possible, especially about house hacking and possibly short-term rentals. I am looking to buy my first property in the Indianapolis metropolitan area, by the summer of next year or even sooner if a good deal comes my way!
