Co hosting for short term rentals start up inquiry

My business partners and I are looking to branch out the investing business to include short term rental management via co hosting. We are looking to gather up as much knowledge as we can and are looking for recommendations. 

Has anyone used/ found a course, literature, podcast, or mastermind that they found to be beneficial when starting up their own co hosting endeavor ?

We are not new to managing short term rentals, my fellow partners self manage their own STRs. More looking for guidance in building a scalable co host operation.

Co-hosting is just like any other business---- scalable systems. 

1) Know how to build systems

2) Find a mentor who will teach you

3) join a mastermind that will teach you

4) Learn and grow as you go... but have insurance. Taking care of someone's asset is a responsibility that you should not take lightly.
