-I currently have ~$12,000 in liquid capital, but do have a wedding this summer so there will be random expenses will come up (majority of the wedding is being paid for graciously by our parents) -I do NOT have the full support of my parents, both of mine are successful, blue collar, 50 hour a week working people.

I have my first wholesale appointment weds should I make the seller an offer right there and do I take contracts with me and what if the seller wants proof of funds at that time 

I have my first Wholesale showing this coming weds do I make an offer to the seller right there and do I bring the buyer seller contract and do I bring the assignment contract also or wait until I contact the initial buyer and wait for them to sign it
