Is that a horse of a completely different color because the house is in my name, and there is no note or mortgage?

Just wondering if some of those that have been at it awhile jumped horses for a different strategy just for the fun of it, maybe for the thrill of the deal or to see if you could....

With apartments it's a horse race of getting new product out there before the market gets saturated versus demand in a few years.

Like they say, you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink....

January is big because of the car shows, horse shows, Phx Open, Barret Jackson, etc etc etc. 

you can lead a horse to the water trough but you can't make them drink.in my mind if this person can easily afford it.. then its his choice.if this person is like so many that get talked into putting it on their credit cards and going into massive debt to be talked into taking massive action.. then I think stronger words of caution are fair game.I have been and still do fund man students of the various guru's.. have been to virtually all the bus tours and stuff.. there is a fair amount of folks that get a lot out of it and go on to start their investing career.. but But  just like anything only a certain amount of folks will make it at this game simple as that.

I am asking the BP community if there are any Investors on Long Island who can use a work horse that will bring them deals. 

Then when he fell off his horse it was hard luck getting back in the game.

With that said, though the horse already left the barn I will say that i DO read every page of the foreclosure file after i win the bid but BEFORE i pay the entire balance.
