There is also the Boston Area REIA in Medford which is close (though with Boston traffic still might take a while:) ).Lots of stuff relatively close north and south of the city, I tend towards north and like the NEREIA meeting in Chelsmford and the NH real estate mastermind in Nashua, NH as well as The Boston Investor's quarterly meetup in Reading.
