Looking to mastermind with a group of REI in south Florida.

I am looking to get into a mastermind group of local investors in south Florida.  I am in Lake Worth and looking for re-habs or flips.  At the moment I am looking for a GC to pull the proper permits for my current project.  Hopefully we can get in with a diverse team of individuals on a regular basis.   Thanks for the forum.
