So I'm a newbie, but a quick learner, and motivated investor.

It's a great read and can help explain these concepts a little easier if you're a visual learner like I am.

Again, I am sorry for the dumb questions and being a slow learner, but I like to learn things very thoroughly before I just jump to it.

I am looking for a couple of resourceful people who are natural hustlers and fast learners who will not mind driving around in circles in the areas where we are active - looking for vacant properties, mailing letters to owners, giving us a heads up on FSBO signs and generally sourcing off market leads.
