This is what I find most useful when a dishwasher is also available in the kitchen, and dual wash basins can be placed in the sink for a double-basin effect if that's what my tenant wants.

If the smoke smell is bad, you should probably wash everything down first, clean the carpets, and then use the ozone generator.These work great on odors from pets, food, or smoke, but it sometimes still requires heavy cleaning first.
