I've had a great experience asking local investors on Instagram. 

I have found great success in going up to the search tab on Biggerpockets, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, etc. and searching for real estate investors in the areas you are interested to invest in and shooting them a direct message telling them a little about you and asking to hear their real estate story and if they would be interested in connecting via a phone call, go out for coffee, etc.

I find my subs from Instagram and referrals. 

He is in the high desert area and is a very active real estate person and produces a ton of good content on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok.

Post on Facebook, instagram, etc. to put the opportunity in front of a many people as you know.Do NOT ask them for help!!!

Connect and follow as many wholesalers on Instagram.

But I see his job on his Instagram, He and his sister has good reviews and just can't find other different people that are free in the next week or two :\ I had so much calls and I just can't find someone good that is free.What would you do instead of me?
