Does anyone have experience with crypto or bitcoin mortgages / lending?

The PM rate in every area is different, in my experience, some are low percentage and low quality and then there are some that have high percentage and low quality.

Ask how many units they manage and how much experience they have.

In my experience high end properties can be more difficult to sell in less favorable times ie recession or buyers' market.

As an investor in the USA market I know from personal experience, that even with the distance issue, it is a better market than the one where I live.Hope this helps with your thought process.

Or is the money better spent elevating the master experience overall?
