I think we should keep an eye on it, but it's too early to panic just yet.

@Jitao NiuFor investment properties the bank may have had specific loan covenants for you to meet such as minimum account balances.

I believe as we grow, get more eyes on it, the more balance will come to the site.

I consistently see people with $10-$20k spend most of it on training and being told by these gurus they can make 30-50% returns with their eyes closers only to realize it will take 48 years to make back the cost of the training.

If it was my house I'd want to keep an eye on it in person. 

I still want to continue to invest in my backyard so I think I’ll always keep an eye open for potential seller financing opportunities, especially with how high these prices are.
