Whatever direction you choose understand that in any situations you're still "managing" something/someone: With PM you're managing the managerWith apps/solutions you're managing the systemWith self-management you're managing the tenantsNo universally right answer, your needs and short/long term plan drive the bus. 

Not only they forgot to tell me about it - they also kept forgetting that I had submitted all supporting docs and still kept asking for them later in the process.

The universal answer is it depends on your plan.

Hello, My name is Goanar Mar and I am from Minnesota, but currently attend the University of Northern Iowa and play basketball there.

I graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2018 and now I'm currently in the Air Force stationed in Clovis, NM where my wife and I just bought our first home. 

I am looking at a cash only deal to fix & flip.The house is listed for $325,000 (4 bed 2 bath 1500 sq ft)  The neighborhood I believe could support a case for $550-600 all fixed up.The house right next to it sold for $490 (3 bed 2 bath 1300 sq ft) In a document I received from the realtor it discloses there was water damage to the kitchen area.
