Next steps for an investor
Hello everyone my business partner (brother-in-law) and I purchased a house a year ago that was a hoarder house. I spent the whole summer fixing everything up. I replaced the floors, gutted both bathrooms, landscaped, etc. I did it all myself with a tiny bit of help from a handyman. The property still needs lots of maintenance and has been quite tiring to manage (tenants very needy/house having issues frequently) and I'm ready to sell. We BRRR'd this property and we'll get a really good profit out of it with the current market conditions.
I realize now that I just don't have the time or energy to DIY all these properties anymore. I want to still invest in properties but how do you go about automating the rehab process? I just don't know if hiring this out if I'll still be able to achieve a reasonable ROI. Any thoughts?
