Windows were cracked, doors ajar, no carpets throughout just bare plywood, (the seller had cats so we tore them out), most kitchen cabinets doors were askew or broken, the roof leaked.

That way at least you get a little bit more of a say and control for what's going on.this is where some of the crowd funders find themselves with 200 plus investors in one small 150k loan that tanks.. how do you even come close to taking care of all the investors.. then you get an investor with 500 dollars in the deal gets on BP says his investment went bad but does not mention its really tiny LOL..
