great minds think alike!

I’ve been paying off extra principal each month but have started thinking it might make more sense to save up that amount and do a recast when it gets large enough to increase cash flow.

@Wesley BryantHistorical figures showed real estate and the markets are very similar for returnsIf you are more active as an investor then their is opportunity for higher returns just as if you wanted to be more active in the market.The reason why it might be worth one or the other is diversification and investing in non correlating assets.I invest in real estate because (I think) I know what I am doing - and for stocks that is not my specialty.

You can see if it appreciated historically and then you can think its a good deal after 2 years of waiting for it to pay you back?

Of course, I don't think putting all my capital towards my student loans is appropriate, and I don't regret them either and I received an excellent business education from great schools. 

The upstairs tenant is M2M so thinking I am terminating her lease.

Think about going to see there office 

Everyone wants to make an LLC when they get into real estate investing, but its almost never as good an idea as you think.

I think a lot has to do with the property itself, if there's space for dogs and their business, and also the area and type of guests likely to visit.
