North Denver / outside Boulder, CO
I have 1 STR in Destin, FL. and looking to do a second. I like STR, but would go with MTR. I've read all the comments about Denver not being a friendly-STR market. However, I have a daughter at CU Boulder and it would be easy to check on the STR/MTR house while visiting. I see that the Short Term Rental Moratorium - DID NOT PASS in Superior. What are your thoughts on Superior, Broomfield, Westminster, Louisville, etc? Seems like a good area with all the parents that come to town. Feedback please. (I reside in Texas.)
