Working as a wholesaler, I have a good idea of what neighborhoods tend to be better than others.

From what I can gather there's not a lot of inventory that comes on the market and when it does it tends to go fairly fast if it's decent.  

Jay the reason is as expansion happens these corporate restaurants tend to run out of capital.So they franchise off to keep growing.

I also like that it is such a big market, a lot easier to find your own niche where there isn't a ton of competition.In both cities I tend to focus on the east side, so hit me up if you are looking at deals to the east.

Putting that money into a D class asset will probably not really raise the overall value as house prices tend to average out at what the neighborhood will bring.
