From what I can gather there's not a lot of inventory that comes on the market and when it does it tends to go fairly fast if it's decent.

I also like that it is such a big market, a lot easier to find your own niche where there isn't a ton of competition.In both cities I tend to focus on the east side, so hit me up if you are looking at deals to the east.
