I am gonna try and do do this by the book (How to Introduce by J.D.):

1.  I live in Henderson NV and do business in Henderson, Las Vegas, Lake Las Vegas and North Las Vegas.  Keywords are set up.

2.  I'm a Realtor Broker/salesperson and have done about 250 deals as a GLVAR (Greater Las Vegas  Assoc. of Realtors) member and about another 40 auction purchases in both public auctions and Trustee Foreclosure auctions as well.  I'd like to say I'm a specialist but the well over $40M in volume tends to infer otherwise.

3.  I will check back and see if anyone posts a comment or question.  I feel that helping people by sharing my experiences & knowledge would be a good thing!

4.  Welcome all to BP, no questions worth asking will ever go un-answered IMHO.

5. Please do not take the above as a sales pitch, it's really a honest and fair description of my work and experience.

6. I will try my best to stay engaged with BP members here but always feel free to reach out to me directly if you feel the need..
