Colorful Postcards are great & have more impact if they are handwritten.

I MUCH prefer a colorful cool witty cliver post card.

Instead, you might want to send a non-conforming envelope, in a colored envelope, with a handwritten font, with an actual stamp.As for lists, some of the popular ones and easy to get are: absentee owners and pre-foreclosures.

I am currently using colorful blank party invitations.  

Its hard to tell on the walls as it seems they tried to repaint them the same color.

Another one on same street came up for rent, colorful description and photos, listed by owner, rented within a month.I use Avail, I am in state though.
