It's classified as a C property but on the edge of B and A class neighborhoods that are quickly developing, and a location that's very accessible to downtown, several hospitals, the airport, and a few blocks from a young, hip part of town.

Depending on the height, you may need to do steel and concrete which increases costs dramatically.

This one was another cinder block foundation buckled hes just going to have a guy put steel I beams in to hold it back. 

If all else fails there is a Led Zeppelin tribute band playing somewhere in Denver one of those nights too. ;)

I'll create one and make sure the steel wool that I inserted around the sink pipes for the water supply is still in place (to hamper mice from coming into the house).Hope this helps.
