Virgin Landlord
Hello I am Dave
My father passed away this summer and my 2 siblings and I decided instead of selling his home we'd do a Fully Furnished Corporate Rental (short or long term 1 month min)
I am getting a good amount of inquiries and so far 1 paid rental. My question is how do I handle the inquires, for example I have some one that want to rent for Jan another that wants Feb then some one that wants 2 years starting May. None have paid yet because of maybe the holidays. Just today I have another inquiry. How do I handle this? Is it first come first serve? Do I get a deposit to hold the dates? I am too new to know how to handle this
I am listed on craiglist vrbo airB&B and a few other sites
