And then i collected the rent and had a good handyman on speed dial.. now keep in mind these were brand new homes in primarily owner occ neighborhoods.. in fact I close on the last one next week so they are all gone..

Instead I listen to them at 1.8x speed while doing other tasks that do not require much attention like going for a walk, making dinner, doing yard work, etc.
