It was not a flood because the whole city is 10ft above sea level or below sea level.People are mad and lashing out on social media about red and blue.

Maybe you could offer to help their team with marketing, social media, etc.

That being said, I'm about 8 months in, I've launched several mailing campaigns, active cold calling, and general social media posts.

If you’re area also is hard for deal finding I’d suggest things like old-school networking (can be virtual if doing social distancing) to get on a lot of wholesalers lists and of course finding agents with good leads.

@Jay Hinrichs here in PA we’re still doing it around a socially distanced table.

They use "Rent Control" as a scary boogeyman just like they use "socialism".

@Ruby Ruiz Find someone on biggerpockets you look up to...then check out their social media and see if they need help with content creation and marketing.

So as I’m sure most of you know, video marketing for agents is becoming more common and finally catching on especially with newer agents working social media for leads.

And Island Experiences like Trap to Table, hand-cranked Ice Cream Socials, Expert Talks, Baking with the Innkeeper, Sunrise Breakfast Hikes, Cribbage tournaments, and more.  

It's extra paperwork and judgments are almost impossible to enforce without having social security numbers and/or drivers' license numbers on hand.
