I used www.propstream.com and www.listsource.com to pull lists of cash buyers, skip traced them, and then called them to ask them if they are looking for more investments and if they'd like to be on my buyers list.  2.

It stinks that it's like that...but many times we skip that entirely because there's not enough net benefit in doing so.  

One of the tenants was sued for non-payment after 2 years of paying with delays but never skipping a payment.

We DISPISE paper applications as you can't always read their writing and they skip things.
