You simply can't effectively work around a spider nest of wiring, piping, ducting, with cramped space to really address vapor installation plus new passive ventilation modification.  

I think that those markets simply became very saturated so the revenue coming in for newer investors trying to replicate that model has decreased since they have not yet established themselves in that market.

U simply negotiate release clauses if your going to be cross collateralized.. although if it comes to that then you have had an engine failure and a water landing is eminent
