At this point later i would like for my LLC to hold all of my real estate So my question is what should i do to really materialize my business, Develop credit? 

Any suggestions for applying for a HELOC when I am responsible for the mortgage (VA loan) and my LLC owns the deed.

I have looked into property radar... and most properties simply list an LLC and a mailing address.

QCD it back into LLC after the refi if you want. 

You can't assign the contracts, do double closes, put it in an LLC and sell it, etc.

Given the following situation: $100K purchase price, $50K Rehab, $200K ARV, and let's say hard money lender at 90% purchase + 100% of Rehab.I was talking with a local bank and received the following guidelines:* For commercial (LLC ownership), they won't re-appraise until I've owned the property for 1 year. 

My business partner & I have created an LLC for flipping & rentals.

I haven't shared an LLC or deed with anyone yet but I am open to it.

My friend and I are also looking to go in on an investments properties within an LLC.
