First time home buyer
Hello,
I am interested in home hacking and getting an FHA loan on a multi family with a 3.5% down.
My friend and I are also looking to go in on an investments properties within an LLC.
So may question is if I own a property in an LLC will I still be able to apply for an FHA if I were to buy a multi family and live in one of the units?
Thanks,
Rick Sterling
