I found one of the company ( Investus Home Buyers ) bases in Houston and I want to know if this company has a good history to work with, thanks.

All three of us are going to be living around Penn State area, and most properties there are relatively low in costs, but we're not sure how to gauge anything.Basically we'd ideally like to buy one, live in one of the units, and rent the other(s) out until we're done with school, or decide to move on to something else altogether.Any feedback would be great!

Does anyone have any experience and/or some resources that pertain to converting an old school into livable space?  

Fishermen fantasize about catching fish after fish when they see them in a school just swimming around.

However we are having trouble determining a strategy – we go back and forth between in-town lower income neighborhood with potential revitalization OR way out burbs (Canton/Woodstock) with good school systems and lower taxes.

So school starts( I go to school for engineering) and so now I have less and less and less and less and less time.

Credit scores primarily consist of how much debt he has and his payment history.
