Any tips, tricks or strategies you're implementing on your luxury STR vacation rental that has boosted ROI? 

If it is $50 a month, you'll obviously recoup that with additional rentals pretty easily.

Hello,I'm a complete newbie to rentals and anything landlord related.

Whether it says Passive LP, creative financing, fix and flipping, notes, Short Term Rentals, seller financing  etc - I am at the bottom - I can scream no but I far too often hear stories of people quitting their job to pursue real estate and then end up very unsuccessful. 

I use my other LLC credit card as needed when I buy for my rentals.
