@Gabriel Meerzo is correct, Sweetwater is not open on Sundays (except during the holiday season). 

I have not personally, but have been in the shop a few times -nice place - seems very comfortable and relaxing - might be nice to have someone to have a stogie with.

June and July vacant for 2 months. they start looking in August. other tenants downstair/upstair complained loud music dancing around holiday season. the biggest headache was the bathroom. the drain backed up and my contractor found like hair ball down the drain.

I've since sold all my long-term rentals so I could relax and stop being stressed out by tenants.
