I am new to real estate investing, but are ready to dive in.

It should apply, as a veteran myself, I have a soft spot for other vets using their VA loan to get started in real estate (it is how I got started, and it is easily the greatest loan product available). 

It's a totally different ballgame for someone who is not a real estate professional and lives in a different state.

I have my team on the ground when it comes to real estate agent, cleaner or other critical team members to make the property up and running.

Kids are out of school but the weather IMO is miserable hot and humid, but people seem to care less than me I guess. 

New to RE investing , can I claim taxes fees on RE mentor/coaching, including Real-Estate software system package as RE start up Business cost? 

I'm a CT based real estate investor and own a property management company. 

I have noticed my problems occur almost exclusively with the smaller/cheaper homes that attract single people or unmarried couples, usually without kids.

I would have said $250, which covers two people being there 3 hours.

We get to go through peoples situations and find every possible write off / tax savings possible and massively lower their tax bill in many cases
