None the less, over the past six years I navigated through multiple promotions and job titles.

As a professional business person, you need  to be aware of more than how money is made and many aspects don't initially make money they are more of an investment in your character and reputation that keeps you in business and later on promotes your business  ultimately translating into money.

There are a much of "middle men" who promote turnkey companies in multiple markets so that you can "browse" markets and choose the kind of the property and market that works best with your goals.

I'm pretty interested in reading Brandon Turner's books - it's hard to get away from the promoting when listening to so many BP podcasts.

People abuse it to promote themselves and damage the reputation of their competition.

Alright so full disclosure first - I have always been very apprehensive to follow anybody who promotes a "get rich easy" style of real estate investing, specifically those that say beginners should be doing subject-to deals and wholesaling.

This is not legal advice but A handful is "pooling" investors and you will most likely need a PPM and make sure they are accredited investors.Your promote all depends on the deal.
