By August you will have created business providing residual monthly income to cover your cost of living giving you the opportunity to jump into sales full time with the pressure of making a sale to survive.

Put the pressure on your lender AND agent.

I think it's brilliant not only from the standpoint of entertaining a bunch of us here on BP, but it's also good marketing for you - and I'm guessing it also has the added benefit of exerting a bit of positive extra pressure and accountability on you.
