My name is Frank Glotfelty and I'm a 22 year old recent graduate from Virginia Tech. I got a job with one of the big banks in Charlotte, NC and I have a comfortable starting out salary; however, I have student loans on my back and want to have passive income to help alleviate the pressure. I have no real estate investing experience but eager to learn presently, and in the future make some investments. My plan is to save some money over the next year or so while learning as much as possible and make some form of real estate investment. I have a strong interest in buying rental properties.  Any advice or resources will definitely be appreciated.
