Been going hard for a month now in wholesaling and feeling discouraged

You have to identify where in the process you are finding the roadblock. It's not closing because closing is a product of the conversation and relationship plus the motivation of the seller. How are you trying to close? Do you have your own cash and/or are you explaining the wholesale process? Do you have a vetted list of buyers? If a seller knows you want to write a contract, but not buy it yourself, and then try to sell it, but you don't have a vetted list, what is in it for them that they can't get somewhere else? What is unique about your approach to the wholesale that should sway them to close with you?
