Typical closing costs for a seller are as follows:Deed preparation and recording typically $200-300 Transfer tax (doc stamps)$50 or so for closing attorney/title company to get your mortgage payoff plus wire transfer fees to actually pay it off You may want your lawyer to review everything but not necessary.As far as a title company that is a state by state requirement.

Hey everyone at bigger pockets, I just want to tell you guys that it is true that when you have a true deal the money shows up by magic, it's there, but you must truly believe in what you are doing...I started flipping about a year ago, now I'm on flip #6 using a LOC from my home for repairs, but the purchase price for the houses my private investor brings it...it's true, but you must think, dream, and take BIG action.
