Real estate works!!! Find the deal the $ is there!

Hey everyone at bigger pockets, I just want to tell you guys that it is true that when you have a true deal the money shows up by magic, it's there, but you must truly believe in what you are doing...I started flipping about a year ago, now I'm on flip #6 using a LOC from my home for repairs, but the purchase price for the houses my private investor brings it...it's true, but you must think, dream, and take BIG action. Note, I have a full time job!
