Personally, I use Hospitable as my channel manager and Baselane for all my bookkeeping, banking and tenant/guest related activities.

All will be built from a variety of blueprints we have available for clients to choose from which will allow them to ultimately customize their home to how they want it.

You'll get way more bang for your buck by being there in person and meeting these folks and being able to get the real dirt on each market.

I am slowly picking up some repeat customers. 

I personally invest in La Crosse, Wisconsin with a mixture of LTR's and MTR's ranging from single family to small multi-family. 

Personally I'd work to find a way to hold out.

Military, government workers, families relocating or displaced due to a tragedy, students traveling for internships, and digital nomads are all different customers who need temporary furnished housing. 2. 

I'm personally looking to house hack a duplex at 5% down.
