My concern is that I’m looking for job close by the property but haven’t found any has yet and I’m the only person working right now so it would be hard on me if I leave my job and go to live there without a job.

As far as paying cash vs. financing, that's a personal preference.

I want to take the next step whether its partnering or even just watching how a pro does business.

I don’t personally invest in STR’s, but previously served as legal counsel for a company that owned a hotel portfolio valued over $1B, and understand the space and policy considerations that are creating barriers across the country.

Of course, can't a renter  watch TV?
