@Lamar Cannon I have had the most success with the list above actually but also to include delinquent taxes.I conveniently hit the perfect storm earlier this week.

The lease option method will still work perfectly though.

Most certainly no company can be entirely perfect and PIP takes pride in righting our wrongs (when they happen). 

So one might be tempted to get a larger property but I am a duplex investor and for me the perfect duplex would be a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit over a 3 bedroom 2 bath duplex.  

Nothing is perfect in life, however, I have found the former homeowners know better how to take better care of a home & are clean freaks.Actually, I have had awesome renters throughout the years with the exception of one couple.

I am putting my SOW together to get bids so it is the perfect time to include these kind of changes.

My perfect floor plan is one with a lot of space to maneuver. 

or simply the property is zoned AG or what have you instead of R 1 and its perfectly legal to have a home on the property in that zone.
