After about 2 or 3 pm I will not see people outside of my house(with the a/c running full blast).When you get here, get to some meetups and network with others in the city.

Most people think they know their boundary but aren't 100% sure.

You don't need to wait to start forming relationships with these people.

However, I don't think there are many markets like this because most of the places that people really like visiting on vacation tend to have high prices and appreciation.

People don’t realize how affordable it is and it’s something so valuable to have.  

There are also many new construction townhomes all over Houston, so if/when you go to re-sale, most people can buy new for just a bit more (if not the same) than buy your used townhome.

I'm continuing this from another post I commented on.....I think it's an important enough topic to revisit, we get so many posts from people that had problems with their Contractor and project because expectations were not met (on both sides), and it creates problems with both the schedule and the budget.

I know people do what you are saying regarding appliances but I wouldn't. 

A security camera system outside can make you money by allowing you to charge for pets, prove someone was the party who did the damage, more people than on the lease.
