Furthermore, dual agency is not legal in Maryland, so even if you went straight to the listing agent, he could not write an offer for you nor represent you.One thing to keep in mind with foreclosures is they typically have a deed restriction not allowing them to be resold within like 90 or 120 days, and they may even place a restriction for a longer amount of time that limits how much it can be sold for.

If the bank actually took it back at the auction for $95,200, that means other bidders bid it up to $95,100 and it would be odd for them to list for 25% less.
